HI

I have transferred my number into ID mobile and it is showing on my plan but calls are going directly to voicemail  - i can send texts though. It is also sill showing as being on my old network EE.

What do i need to do? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Hi @jasoncmaxwell

You would need a replacement SIM.

Hey there @jasoncmaxwell, when you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Thanks,

Tyler

I was asked to delete my e sim and add the number to the physical sim in phone settings. I’ve deleted the e sim now I can’t see my number at all. It is on my bill though.

Hi @jasoncmaxwell

I’ve deleted the screenshot for security protection purposes.

Does it show you have an eSIM active in the device?

No as I chatted in live chat to someone yesterday and they said to delete it and type my number into the other number I did but nothing will save only the id number not the ported one
