I change from o2 to id i gave my pac number to keep my old number phone come on wednesday but with id number still i don't have my old number which i want to keep 

Perhaps something’s gone wrong with your switch id iD, @Karolina Mueller. Forum members like us can’t look at customers accounts, nor switching information. 

Maybe speak to iD support using their iD online Live Chat service.
