How do I contact ID out of hours to stop fraudsters stealing all my money after ID mobile let them transfer my number to another SIM?

Very angry and lost £9,000 so far, text from ID mobile about the “SIM Activation” 25 mins After the fraudsters had called and duped my bank!!!!!!
 

Action Fraud closed, ID mobile closed, I need help now!!!!!
