My PAC code is not submitting for transferring my number over from three. All information is correct, the PAC is valid as it was requested yesterday and I did not submit my PAC code while purchasing the new ID mobile SIM

Unfortunately @Kathryn180, iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline - everything is online. 

Try their online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
