My pac code isnt working. I have typed in the correct details and it’s saying it’s incorrect 

I need to get this switched over asap as I’ve got the hospital due to ring me!! Help please 

Okay @Lauren Smyth, quickest way to submit your PAC will be to contact iD support. 

Use their online Live Chat service to speak to an adviser - the advisers work until 8pm weekdays.

Their online chatbot works 24/7 - for an adviser, tell the chatbot you want to “talk to a person”.
