I have switched to IDD however my phone number has not. I don’t remember seeing an option to select a date for me to swap numbers from my old provider however I certainly do want to keep my old number. I have tried to request a PAC but it does not work, and I have also tried filling in a form but it says my PAC isn’t verified? IDD do not have a call service unless it is automated and I really need help. I need help from an actual agent. what do i do?

Do you have a PAC code from your previous provider?

 

If not, you’ll need one from them to be able to move a number over.

 

If you do have one and are still having issues using the port form, please let us know.
