Upfront cost: £0.00 (incl. VAT)

Monthly price will increase from £28,99 to:

£30.49

From your April 2026 bill

Bill cap: No bill cap

Plan features: Data Rollover, Roaming, 5G

Roaming cap: 30GB Roaming data limit

Contract length: 24 Months ( LETTER DELIVERED WITHOUT THE PHONE ) WHY ?

If it is the 128GB version, it’s out of stock, so likely on back order.

If it’s a new contract usually the handset and SIM are sent separately for security.

You can always use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser for further updates @Lisa Marie Williams

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
