My service has stopped working - what do I do ?

I have been using the service for over a year and my account is fully paid up . Yesterday out of the blue I got a text saying my SIM activation is nearly complete and since then my service has stopped. How do I get my phone service back ? I noticed yesterday there was emergency work being done and I couldn't access my account so I thought I would wait but still the phone won't call - and I can’t even reach my voicemail to see what calls I’m missing.

 

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Geluk. I have reactivated my SIM and waiting to see if this fixes my problem.

The activation hasn't resolved the issue . I go round in circles on the chat line and get stuck was it asks me a question where neither answer applies - is there a number I can ring so I can speak to an actual person ?

Hi @Tym Moore,

When you visit Live Chat please type chat to agent when prompted (usually twice).

You’ll then be able to select Customer Services as an option.
