mobile number from O2 to ID mobile has not completed despite following instructions and waiting 7days. I am now paying for 2 contracts.

I have recently moved to id from o2 with a phone upgrade. My switchover went smoothly after I phoned customer services to bring my switchover date sooner than originally planned. You may have to phone customer services & ask them to confirm your switchover date & ask what’s happening if it should have happened by now 👍🏻
