I have signed up to ID mobile and used the PAC code to transfer my old number, however it has not transferred and I am being billed by my previous provider!

Sorry to hear this, are you still having issues with this?

 

Transfers happen between 8am and 10pm on the date they’re scheduled.

 

If you’re still having issues please let us know so we can take a look.
