Need Help with My Number Transfer & Activation

My freind is stuck here and could use some help. So she got her new iD Mobile SIM and was all set to switch her number from Vodafone (got my PAC and everything), but she totally forgot to activate the new SIM before she moved all her stuff over from her old phone using iCloud. 

Now she can't call customer service 'cause her new number isn’t working yet. Can anyone tell me how to get this sorted for her? Like, how does she activate her new number and get my old number over here? Any advice would be awesome! She can’t find an email where she can send them her details.

We spoke to someone on Chat and they were able to sort it out.

 

ID Mobile provide a good service, it’s a shame they don’t have actual people we can just call up  and resolve these issues. Nevertheless, they did resolve the issue once we chatted with a real person.

ID Mobile SIM’s are activated at the time of dispatch. Just pop it in the phone and you should be up and running.

Thanks @WelshPaul  I have put the SIM in but nothing is happening, She can’t make calls and she can’t dial 7777 to let iD Mobile know she has the PAC code. I think she has to give them the PAC number so they can proceed with transferring her old number to the new SIM. I will just use the Chat box service in the morning. Thanks again.
