Need my PAC code re-sent

I’ve lost access to my normal email account, so i can’t retrieve my PAC code sent to that email.

Consequently I can’t re-activate my “usual” mobile number.

I simply need my PAC code sent again but to my secondary email account.

How can i get IDMobile to do this?

Hey there @KevReg, to confirm, you need a PAC code to transfer your number from us to another network, is that correct?

If so, we can only send the PAC code to the email linked to your account, and I don’t believe we can change that. However, we should be able to get a PAC code internally via our systems and send via PM or via our live-chat if you need/prefer:

If you’d prefer a PM, please let us know here.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @KevReg, we’re sorry to hear that.

If you need help with your PAC code, we can send a PM here if you’d like us to?

Or, you can text 'PAC'  to 65075

Thanks,

Tyler

Thanks Tyler

As I’ve been sent a PAC code FROM IDMobile  to change my SIM back to the “old” number, can I ask for another PAC or how do I get the assigned PAC re-sent to my secondary email address?
