need my Qr code to re-establish my phone

I have deleted my Esim account on my phone by accident and cannot find my original QR code and think that it may have already been on my new phone whrn it arrived , i cannot get any further with. live chat isnat available after trying for three days. What can i do

Recently purchased a new iPad and give a SIM card to insert into the iPad .The new IPad only comes with an esim and I need to change it to an from a physical one to an ESIM can u help .I need a Qr code
