need to speak to some one


i need to activate my replacement sim but I haven't set up the app yet and I cannot receive texts or calls with my old sim so I need to speak to someone

Use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Gillian Arthur 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
