Needing a new SIM Card

I have an issue with the microphone on my phone and when I put the SIM in a new phone, the problem moves over with it. Taken the phone to a repair shop and he said it could be a malfunctioning SIM that is causing the issue so to ask ID mobile for a replacement SIM card. How do I request/action a replacement SIM card? Thanks
