I recently got a new iphone 13 which was in a bundle that comes with a switch to ID with 500gb data monthly, I transferred my old phone onto my new one, which transferred everything, including my old contract with three. I chose to keep my old number and gave ID my PAC code and was told that the transfer would happen on friday on its own. On friday my plan with three did end, but I was not and still have not been changed over to ID even though they said that I have now been linked to their E-Sim. I have no data and my phone says I have no service and i dont know what to do to change over to ID as it says it should have happened automatically by them. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been left unable to contact anyone unless I am connected to wifi, which I cant do outside as I have no data. Thanks.

Right okay. So my thought process might be right, but….

If you put the Three sim into your OLD phone do you still have a Three network showing. Can you call out on this SIM and phone - try not to let this call be answered so you don’t get charged? If you can then your old account is still active and iD’s hasn’t yet kicked in.

If that old SIM and old phone don’t work it kinda suggests what I wrote earlier applies. You might need to request another iD eSIM to ‘convince’ your new phone that you’re no longer with Three.

I could be wrong here, but if you activated the iD eSIM and then transferred the content to from your old phone to the new phone, including the Three contract, then as the phone sees the latest SIM, though in your case the original Three SIM, it might have possibly have overwritten the iD eSIM if it was active in slot 1. Having said that the new phone might have automatically moved the Three SIM to slot 2 - IDK

Though if you didn’t have the Three SIM in the new phone then I could only suggest restarting the phone and then see if the iD service becomes active. However it may be the case that the port hasn’t yet completed - but by 10pm tonight it really should have.

Hi @Oogles

You may need to remove the Three SIM/eSIM from your device and then activate the eSIM we’ve sent you.

It may also be worth as @Daz_S suggests trying a replacement eSIM from us.
