Good Afternoon,

I am a new customer. I have tried to check my sim card in various of mobiles and the sim card says no signal. I cannot dial out or call anyone

I have tried to email and live chat to get a replacement sim but I have not been able to speak to someone and no one is able to speak to me or reply

Did you tell the 24/7 chatbot you wanted to “talk to a person”, @Darrentingey01?

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
