I need a new handset but I can't upgrade for over 100 days. What can I do? 

 

Okay @Sarah0987, perhaps there are 3 options in this situation:

  • Buy a cheap refurbished device, as an interim handset. 
  • Get your existing handset repaired.
  • Purchase a new minimum-term handset contract.

If your current contract is a 24-month minimum term iD contract, they’ll allow an upgrade once you’re within the final 60-days of the minimum term.
