How do i get id mobile to work on my new handset?

Transferring the SIM hasn't worked

What phone do you have?
Is it unlocked? (Purchased from a network after Dec 2021. Pre Dec 2021, it maybe locked to a network)

Do have VoLTE enabled?

Have you looked at this advice:-

I know this is a stupid question, BUT have you tried turning it off and then on again (with the SIM in it)? Sometimes the simplest answer is the one that works!
