New on iD, using old number, incoming calls going to voicemail.

I ported my old number into iD today. Have had text saying transfer complete. However, several people go straight to voicemail when calling me. I have disabled voicemail in iD app but it is still happening. 

None of the solutions proposed helped.

It doesnt happen in all people, just certain ones.

 

Help please iD, not much point having you as a provider if people cant call me.

    Hey there ​@Koy, sorry to hear that. We’d advise to await until 10pm on the port-in date and then restart your phone for all to complete successfully.
