I have just upgraded my phone. My old phone was very slow and the SIM very old so I asked to be sent a replacement SIM card. I wasn't asked for a PAC code when I ordered my replacement SIM. When I put the new SIM in my phone, I presume it'll be starting afresh and I'll have a new number and it won't have any of my data on it. So how do I transfer all my data from my old sim card onto my new one. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hey there
When you receive a replacement SIM card, it comes un-active. Therefore, to activate it to your contract/phone number, you’ll just need to complete the form below;
https://my.idmobile.co.uk/activate-sim-outside
Or, ask our live-chat team to activate it for you:

Thanks,
Tyler
