new phone arrived cracked


Sadly, my new mobile phone that arrived today via DPD has arrived with a crack on the screen and the back, could customer service please contact me about this?

I have the exact same issue as described here can someone explain how to get in touch with customer services and document this as the chatbot is not helping? I can go to a local Curry's store but the phone was mail order and id like to document this issue in writing. Thanks
