new phone no sim

Hi there 

I received my new phone last week but no SIM card came with it , I was keeping my old number and my pac code was enter before the sim was supposed to be here , but still no SIM card , it is not an upgrade it’s a brand new phone , please can you help ??

    The SIM card is sent a few days later separately so should be on the way.

    We apologise for the delay with the delivery of the SIM. Has this been received since your last post?

    If not, have you double checked that it was not an order for an eSIM? If yes, this would be sent via email and may have slipped in to your junk/spam folder.
