New Physical SiM Not Working


My son lost his phone and we got a new one and picked up a new sim from Currys, registered the sim on the account under plan, but it isn’t working?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@lynnwiltshire2705    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.


I’m just trying that - they are worse than useless. In fact they are saying they can’t even see the number of the new sim registered?? Are they monkeys at ID?
