Hi,

I recently changed my SIM contract and iD mobile said they would send out a new SIM, but it never arrived. I noticed on my account that the Tarif will change accordingly anyway….so my question is “do I need to change the SIM, or can I just continue with my current one?”

Hi @Barney Wrobel, @andewhite is correct here.

When you’re upgrading your existing number, you don’t need a replacement SIM. You’ll be able to continue using your existing SIM card as normal. The tariff/plan automatically updates.

If your existing iD SIM works in your handset, just continue with that one, @Barney Wrobel

Maybe iD assume you’ll get a new handset when changing, and send out a SIM in case your existing iD SIM doesn’t fit the new handset.
