new sim

I have an ID SIM only contract I would like end this contract and take out a new contract and keep the ID mobile. Is that possible?

I’m not quite sure what you mean here, if you’re planning to leave iD Mobile, you’ll be able to take your number to another network via PAC code.

If you’re looking to stay with iD Mobile on a different plan, please ensure you’re using the app and checking for upgrades/plan changes.

It won’t be possible to move your number directly from one iD Mobile plan to another one.
