new sim Cannot make or received calls

I am new to Id mobile but I cannot make or receive any calls. My data and texts work. Please help it’s been nearly a month now.

Hi ​@Kev Mensa, many apologies about that.

If all other services are working, it sounds like this in relation to the 3G switch off, in which some users have reported being unable to make or receive phone calls.

Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps listed in the below article?
