Just need a new SIM to get over the migrated number RCS issue please. Tried all the usual steps.

If you’ve looked all through this entire document (from and including the Samsung and the most other android phones sections)
You could go to you nearest Currys store and ask for a replacement SIM card. This tends to be the quickest way. Then activate it yourself:

Or you could contact iD via their live-chat to have one sent out via post:
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
Though by using another SIM, this too would have a provisional number allocated to it, so this too could affect RCS.
