New SIM doesnt work

I've got a new ID mobile SIM which doesn't work in my phone. It's a compatible handset and I've tried turning phone off and on and using flight mode. I can't activate my ID Mobile app as I can't receive a code to my ID Mobile number and am stuck with no way to contact support.
