new sim has no service

Hi,

I have a new sim that is meant to already be activated but it has no service. I had checked my local coverage and taken it more than a mile aware from my home address and no change to coverage.

Advice please

Have you tried the SIM card in another device?

 

Have you restarted your phone, and reset network settings?
