Bought a new phone on Saturday with an id contract and PAC code to switch from O2, on Tuesday my existing SIM stopped working as planned but the new one doesn't work on my phone or my partners and I've tried all the other suggestions. Went to Currys and they gave me a new id SIM card but I can't activate this as the security code isn't being sent to my email address. Please can somebody help or is there a number I can call?

Perhaps try and send iD support a private message using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter) DM. The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried resetting your device’s network settings with the iD Mobile SIM card inside?
