I purchased a new sim on Monday. Haven’t yet received any dispatch information and I used a PAC code from my current network so that I could keep my number. I selected today as the day my number gets transferred to the new sim meaning my current sim would stop. However I haven’t yet received my new sim. Can I delay the transfer to next Monday from current network to ID in order to keep using this number on my current network or can you advise when I am likely to receive the new sim. I am away for the weekend so ideally need to delay the transfer of my number from one network to the other unless the sim arrives today which I think is doubtful. Please advise. Thanks

I hope by now you’ve received your SIM. They’re sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class which is an untracked service. Let me know if you are having any more issues.

I hope by now you’ve received your SIM. They’re sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class which is an untracked service. Let me know if you are having any more issues.

I need to port my number to another supplier.  When I try and send PAC and my date of birth it won’t accept it.
