i forgot my sim pin and need a puk to unlock

      that was the problem I was having, finding the live chat, then it took a over 20 minutes to simply get s puk because the agent was no doubt trying to handle 5 call simultaneously and before it ended properly said it was home time, bye

       the id customer service is beyond shocking and a very good reason to switch at next contract expiration,
