Hi
I am unable to gain access to the ID app or website as it requires a one time password to my mobile number, however i have lost the sim card and am unable to receive the code.
I need to access this account as my contract is on a 30 day rollover and i have ordered a new sim card which i need access to the app to update the new sim to my old number as i need it to access other bank accounts etc i have with it
Please can you help me gain access to the ID app
