no confirmation email

Good morning, I placed an order last night for a new phone and sim and I haven’t had a confirmation email so I’m not sure how to track my order or give a pin if one is necessary, can you help?

@Eden Tubb  Hi there dependant on time of day or night and if you've passed the credit checks etc can take 24 hour's.

Also I would check your Spam /Junk mailbox in case any mail has ended up in there.

Hopefully you have confirmation by end of day failing that please get back in touch.
