no connection for 2 days!

living in london, I’m a mum and need to be connected for school safety and travel issues!! 

i know LOTS of people have written about this BUT i just cannot open the ID mobile app 

and no way to contact this company!! 

why is there no number to call ????

what will happen tomorrow no data or signal again ??
