Despite a new SIM card and hours spent on the chat, I still can’t receive incoming calls. All callers from all networks and landlines get ‘You have dialled an incorrect number’.
Today I’ve tried to get support via the chat bot, but it won’t display on my computer. On the phone, it connects but immediately says says no advisors are available. It’s 3pm on a Thursday afternoon.
Anybody able to get basic levels of support from id Mobile?
3 weeks since I’ve been able to receive calls.
