no internet access

I haven't had Internet access for around two weeks and would like this fixed

Hi @Amyyoung13, there could be a few reasons why your data specifically isn’t working. It would be worth checking for any outages in your local area using the link provided:

Network Status Checker - check your signal and get support | Support | Three

A network reset can also help. I’ve left some instructions on how to do this below:

For iPhone; Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For Android; Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

If there are no network outages, and a network reset doesn’t help, it may be worth exploring other troubleshooting options such as trying a replacement SIM, or testing the SIM card in another device to rule out a phone fault.

Secondly use the CHAT feature to raise issue.
