Hi Decembersangel72

It is an iPhone 16 pro max.

I have got it working now but really don’t understand what happened as I ‘ve never seen this on my old iPhones.

I had tried everything then just took out the sim and turned off the phone.

When I turned it back on and pressed mobile data again it showed 2 sims , one said P1 and the other P2 travel both with my number.

I initially tried P1 and it didn’t work but the P2 travel allowed everything.

I have no idea at all why it said 2 sims but I’m so relieved it worked at last.

Alas, UK mobile number transfers don’t happen immediately, @Maudyb

On your number switching date it can sometimes take up until 10pm for everything to work properly using your iD SIM.

🤞

Is your old service provider’s SIM still working, @Maudyb?

If you’re using an iD eSIM instead of physical SIM, have you removed your old provider’s SIM from your phone, @Maudyb

Hi @Maudyb

What phone do you have?

Is it on the Approved handsets list for iD Mobile?
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/approved-handsets

Do you have VoLTE (Voice over LTE) turned on?
You need to see LTE as your network connection to be able to use 4G.

Have you tried manually setting the APN network details for iD Mobile?

These details may help in getting to the source of the problem x x
