no network


I'm struggling to use any features of the phone internet when inside a building videos won't play i can't search for anything and when making calls it's all crackerly and cuts out

Okay ​@allyrob123, indoor mobile coverage depends on the mobile network signal penetrating the building, which is affected by a number of factors (such as: building materials, nearby temporary structures, extreme weather, network outages, etcetera).

Have you looked at the likely indoor reception for your location, using the OFCOM mobile coverage checker?

Its no matter where I go if I'm out shopping or visiting friends I have to connect to their WiFi to get more than 1 bar of network signal

Hi ​@allyrob123,

If the issue is everywhere it sounds like a SIM or handset issue.

I would advise testing the SIM in a different handset and also a replacement SIM.
