Hi, I have just transferred to Id mobile. I transferred my number and this was supposed to have been done by 10pm last night but I still don’t have a signal or be able to make calls. Everything else is working ok. I can send a receive txts ok.

I’ve checked the sim - seems ok And switched phone off etc but has not resolved it. 
 

I can’t log into the app as it doesn’t recognise my mobile number id one or my existing number.

Texts are working but you don’t have signal? How is data?

 

Is the issue just calls?

 

The app side may take a day or two to update the number to the ported one, with this being a few days ago, you should be able to register using the ported number now.

Thanks Tom. I did manage to finally get a response on the live chat. So it turns out I needed to manually go into the iPhone 16 settings and add my number. The reason the texts were working is because they were associated with my email which had auto filled. Apparently it’s a known issue 🤷‍♀️
