Hi there @Matthew2025

If you're able, you can obtain a replacement SIM from any Currys store. At least this way you're not waiting on the post.

(You could've done this on the 27/12 too)

You would then simply need to activate that SIM via the app or online account.

No That not what am after - I was told by Customer service agents that I could transfer the old existing number to a new sim card

I know, but that the quickest way to do it. You ask them for a replacement SIM (not a new one)

Then when you use the app or online account - https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login - and activate that SIM to your account. Your number ‘jumps’ to that SIM.

Okay. It's just that when you also wrote:

I took it that you meant the account was then back in your control and with that your number was also on the account. Therefore its irrelevant what SIM you use as you can activate the newest iD SIM in your possession and it'll work with your number.

But I must have misunderstood and so I'll leave this here for iD to pick up. Sorry I didn't read it slow enough and therefore I couldn't help
