JUst switched to ID number has been ported but the phone says there’s no SIM it also says Mobile network state Disconnected. HELP

Does the iD SIM card work in another device
If not, perhaps your SIM wasn’t activated upon dispatch, or might be damaged / faulty.
You can get a replacement SIM card from any Currys store.

It did work when I ignored the no sim message, I dismissed it! and the red message that said emergency calls didn’t mean emergency calls only it’s for you to add an emergency contact, all is good thanks for your reply :D
