My phone has suddenly stopped service. can still message and make calls with WIFI but no iD service at all. 

 

i have reset all networks, manually tried to connect, repowered phone. Sim is not working in a different phone either. What next? How can i see if my account has been blocked?

This is bizarre as I’m having similar issues! 

I am unable to make any calls but it's showing I have service, can use 5G etc. 

I am calling people, they are receiving the call, answering etc but there is nothing being shown on my iPhone other than dialling! I’m not even getting the dialling noise.

I got apple to replace my device this morning but the issue still remains….!

Hey Natalie! 
Thanks for coming back to me.

I think I’ve managed to pinpoint the issue after getting a replacement handset from apple and a replacement SIM card, and it looks like there's an issue with the WIFI calling aspect for me.
If WIFI calling is turned on, the handset won’t make calls. I then have to turn it off, reset network settings and then it normally works.

Can you please advise?

So to confirm, calls only work with Wi-Fi calling turned off?

 

What phone do you have please?

Hey Tyler, 

Yep -  if I toggle WiFi calling on, calls don’t work. Then when I toggle it back off, it only works if I go in to phone settings and reset all network settings. Meaning I need to reconnect to WIFi by entering passwords etc.

 

i have a 16 pro max,
