No service and no access to my account since one month!

I’ve been struggling with IDmobile for about a month now, and it’s driving me up the wall. I’ve had no service during this time and have been forced to rely on extra data e-SIMs. I’m also unable to access my account because I’m not receiving any messages, including the one-time passcode needed to log in. Despite spending hours waiting in live chat with several operators, none of them have been able to resolve the issue. It seems the only thing that works smoothly is your accounting department, which manages to collect payments on time. To make matters worse, I’m stuck in a contract and can’t even switch providers. I had to create a new account just to post this message.
