No signal or service

Hello,

I signed up to ID moblie last week and received my SIM card and transferred my old number over this week. I have 5G but no signal or actual service on my new SIM card. It will not allow me to make calls or receive them or text messages. Nor will it let me open FaceTime etc. I have restarted my phone many times and did a software update. Nothing is working. Please could I have some assistance and help.

Have you tried these steps? Specifically:

  1. Open ‘Settings’.

  2. Tap ‘Apps’.

  3. Tap ‘Phone’.

  4. Tap ‘My Number’.

  5. Enter your mobile number, using +44 instead of the first 0.

  6. Tap ‘Save’.
