“No Sim” error on new sim only contract

Hi recently switched from Vodafone to ID. My new sim worked for a 4 days but now is just saying “No Sim” and no coverage.


Phone is iPhone 13 Pro and have tried the trouble shooting of airplane mode, restarting and removing and re-inserting sim but no connection. 


Anyone else have this problem / know how to fix as been without phone signal for 2 days!

Welcome to the Community!

Have you tried the SIM in a different handset?

If the SIM isn’t working in the other handset you’ll probably need a new SIM.

We can either get one sent out or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.

Have you tried the SIM in a different handset?

If the SIM isn’t working in the other handset you’ll probably need a new SIM.

We can either get one sent out or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
