Trying to swap over my phone number but have not received an email with the transaction number on, can anyone help?

iD’s live chat should be able to provide you with the transaction number

 

Their Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

You can access Live Chat here: www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

 

Probably starting the chat with either speak to person or talk to person as this bypasses the automated chat bot.

 

Let us know if they sort this out for you (though if they can’t you could try iD’s social accounts or even wait to see if a member of team on here can assist).
