Not able to make calls or connect to the internet today

As of this morning,I’ve no longer been able to make calls or connect to the internet while not on wifi

I’ve switched airplane mode on and offer

I’ve restarted the phone

Nothing has helped

my husband and I are also unable to make any calls ….. we both work from home, total nightmare. It says on the status no problem reported in our area! so annoying and can't really find a way round it so something needs to be done.

Hey there ​@DK1, we did indeed have an outage with some calls/texts yesterday. The outage has now been resolved, calls and text messages should now be working again as usual. If you're still having issues, we'd recommend restarting your phone
