Hello,

I recently switched to ID Mobile and wasn’t receiving SMS from some people (I can send SMS and everyone seems to receive them and they are from the correct mobile number - which I brought with me using a PAC code).

Live Chat couldn’t resolve the problem so they told me to get a new blank SIM card and activate that, which I have done, but it hasn’t solved the problem.

I found instructions on the ID Mobile website about checking the APN settings and have done that. The instructions only refer to the MMS fields - do I need to add anything to the Proxy, Port and Server fields that are not related to MMS (see below)?
